The cottage was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the necessary cooking utensils and appliances. The location was key as it was quiet yet still close to all the attractions. We also appreciated the welcome package that made us feel at home.
There were a few issues during our stay. The A/C unit upstairs wasn't working and despite contacting the after-hours line, nobody came to fix it.

The location of Sonoma'S Best Guest Cottages was perfect, allowing us to feel like we were in the country while still being an easy walk to downtown. The communal garden with tables and chairs was a lovely spot to enjoy a meal or a glass of wine. We also appreciated having the mercantile on-site, with its wine bar, coffee bar, and deli. The cottage itself was comfortable and nicely furnished without being overly fancy. Having a full kitchen was a great convenience, and the property being security gated added to our peace of mind.

I recently stayed at a lovely cottage in Sonoma for a wedding, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The outdoor patio space behind the cottage was a great spot to enjoy my morning coffee, and the peaceful meditation garden next to the cottage was a wonderful place to relax. The cottage itself was clean and spacious, providing more room than I had anticipated. I particularly enjoyed the door code entry system, which made accessing the property hassle-free. The store next door was a convenient option for delicious take-away food, and I even had the chance to indulge in their wine tasting.
